Ranking fairly is one of the hardest problems in street basketball. A player who dominates a weak division looks as good on paper as a player grinding out wins against elite competition.
Win percentage × points per game. Simple but rewarded players who stayed in easy brackets.
We now factor in opponent strength, margin of victory (capped at +15), and recent form (last 10 games weighted 1.5× older games).
